EULA - End User License Agreement

User licence agreement
Introduction
This is an agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Organyze Systems Private Limited (hereinafter, Organyze Systems) for trade named and trade marked Organyze 3.1.
Organyze 3.1 (hereinafter referred as Software) licence agreement (licence) permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the software product identified above (Software) on any single computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at any time. If you have multiple licenses for the software then at any time you may have as many copies of the software in use as you have licences.
Ownership of licence
Organyze Systems is the full owner of the program during the trial period until you purchase it, and remains in ownership of the program even after such purchase. Purchase of the licence does not confer ownership of the software to you but provides you with a licence to use the software on one machine. You will not make any claims otherwise. The terms of the licence are as follows:
You can use the software only on one machine.
You can make one copy of the software and use that copy only as a back-up record.
You must not alter the software.
You must not rent, lease, or lend the software.
You must not redistribute the software.
You must not take the software apart to analyse it or produce a copy of it by examining its code.
You must not allow others to use or have access to the software in any way for them to provide diagnostic, maintenance, repair or technical support services to you or others, and you must not use the software in any way that allows third parties to provide such services.
If the software contains elements that make functions in the software work, you must use those elements only in connection with the software.
Copyright
The software is owned by Organyze Systems and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may either (a) make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials, if any, accompanying the software.
Limited warranty
Organyze Systems warrants that (a) the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation. Organyze Systemss entire liability during this period, and your exclusive remedy, shall be, at Organyze Systemss option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair of the software. This limited warranty is void if failure of the software occurs from accident, abuse or misapplication.
No other warranties
Organyze Systems disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to the software.
